STANDARD DELIVERY
If your item is in stock, we will do our best to send out your order within 1 to 2 days. In busy times it may take us a little longer. Depending how much it weighs, your order will go by 2nd Class Royal Mail or standard parcel, or by courier and in each case a signature will be required when you receive your parcel.
Couriers deliver Monday to Friday, Royal Mail deliver Monday to Saturday - if you know you are usually out during the day, ask us to send your parcel to a different address when you place your order.
This service should take between 2 to 3 working days.

1ST CLASS DELIVERY
If your item is in stock, we will do our best to send out your order within 1 to 2 days. In busy times it may take us a little longer. The Royal Mail claim that 1st Class is a next day service, however this is not a guaranteed next day route - your order should arrive within 1-2 days of us sending it and a signature will be required when you receive your parcel.

EXPRESS DELIVERY
If your item is in stock, we will do our best to send out your order within 24 hours. In busy times it may take us a little longer. Express delivery is guaranteed to arrive faster - your order will be sent Guaranteed Next Day Delivery with the Royal Mail, and should arrive within 24 hours of us sending it. A signature will be required when you receive your parcel.

OVERSEAS ORDERS
We deliver both to Europe and the Rest of the World using Royal Mail Airsure®. Postage costs vary depending on the weight of your order and destination. The exact delivery price will be calculated at the Checkout.
Delivery times vary but should not take longer than 2 weeks from when we send it.
RE-DELIVERY
If you know you will be out, please do provide a delivery address where packages can be received, as once orders have been returned to us a re-delivery charge of £6.00 will be incurred.
